And The Winner Is…A Recognition Of Effective Reliability Solutions
By Jamal Syed, HEXstream president and CEO
This week, a client with whom we’ve been working for the past several years won yet another award celebrating their “Outstanding Reliability Performance.” I am thrilled for them—I know the team members well and they are truly deserving of this accolade.
I also know that awards that recognize power-providers’ reliability performance are indications of happy customers. When utilities provide reliable service, their power users can keep their lights on, their refrigerators running, and their computers working. That makes for grateful customers and satisfied regulatory boards. It also boosts morale within the energy enterprises.
As a solution provider for utilities, I personally am proud of our team when clients receive accolades like this. Reliability awards are acknowledgements that our support—in this case HEXstream optimized the award-winning client’s reliability analytics to provide reliable and up to date communications with their customers—is making a difference in users’ operations.
Honors like this send a clear message that we are helping the utility run more efficiently, more strategically, more economically, more sustainably. In short, we’re helping them run better.
It’s the client’s award. They deserve it. And we couldn’t be more proud.
