HEXstream initiated the Utility Analytics User Group in 2019 at the Edge/OUUG Conference to connect utilities and facilitate collaboration on key analytics and reporting issues. UAUG members exchange ideas, share best practices for leveraging analytics to improve operations and manage restoration times, all while improving the customer experience and optimizing circuit allocation.
